A group of golfers playing together in the sun

The Las Vegas golf trip built for groups

8, 12, 16, 25 golfers — one private house, back-to-back tee times so everyone plays together, and one per-person price. Nobody else in Las Vegas does this.

The math every trip organizer runs — done honestly

Twelve people, three nights, mid-season. Here's the real comparison between a Strip hotel block and one estate:

12 people · 3 nightsStrip hotel (6 rooms)One private estate
Lodging6 × $220/night × 3 = $3,960$1,200/night × 3 + $450 cleaning = $4,050
Parking (3 SUVs)~$405 in hotel garages$0 — private driveway
Breakfast & coffee ×3 days~$540 in hotel cafés~$150 grocery run, real kitchen
The 19th hole$28 cocktails, last callYour pool, your prices, no close
Per person~$409~$350 — with a pool, game room & everyone under one roof

Typical midweek shoulder-season rates; weekends widen the gap in the estate's favor. Want your exact numbers? Run the calculator.

How group tee times actually work

The problem

A tee time holds four players. Twelve golfers need three consecutiveslots — about 30 minutes of a course's morning tee sheet. Premium courses release those blocks to whoever asks first, and online booking engines simply don't sell them.

What we do

We request your rounds as blocks — every foursome back-to-back — and confirm them together with your home as one reservation. Your group tees off in the same window, plays as one trip, and finishes on the same patio.

Why the house matters

Group golf runs on logistics: one kitchen at 6am, one caravan to the course, one place everyone lands after. A hotel scatters that across floors and lobbies; the house is the operations center that makes a 12-person trip feel effortless.

Build the itinerary in three tiers

The best group trips mix one splurge, one crowd-pleaser, and one value round — the per-person number averages out beautifully.

The bucket-list round

The one everyone circles on the itinerary.

The crowd-pleasers

Premium, photogenic, forgiving enough for the whole group.

The value rounds

Where the budget recovers and the trash talk peaks.

Group trip questions, answered

Can a group of 12 or 16 actually tee off together?

Yes — that's the core of what we do. We book consecutive tee times (three or four foursomes back-to-back), so your whole group is on the course in the same 30–40 minute window. Booking that yourself means calling pro shops and hoping; we hold the block with your home as one confirmation.

How does one per-person price work?

Pick dates, courses, and a home, and we show one all-in number — home, green fees, taxes, and fees — divided per person per night. The organizer books once; everyone else owes exactly one Venmo. No spreadsheet, no chasing.

What if only half our group golfs?

Set 'golfers playing' separately from 'guests staying' when you build the package. Non-golfers aren't charged for rounds — and the homes carry the day for them: private pools, spas, game rooms, and the Strip 15 minutes away.

Is a house really cheaper than hotel rooms for a group?

Usually, yes — and it's not close once the group passes 10 people. Eight golfers in four Strip hotel rooms run roughly $340 per person for three nights after resort fees and parking; the same eight in a 5-bedroom pool home run about $290 — with free parking, a kitchen, and a private pool. At 12–16 people, estates beat hotel math by 30–40%.

Do homes allow bachelor parties and celebrations?

Many do — each home sets its own rules, and we know them. Tell us the occasion in checkout and we only match you with homes that welcome it.

How far in advance should a big group book?

Peak season (March–May, October–November): 45–60 days for weekend trips — consecutive tee-time blocks are the first thing to sell out. Summer trips can come together in two weeks at the year's lowest prices.

Can you handle transportation, chefs, and groceries?

Yes — airport transfers, rides to and from the courses, grocery stocking, private chefs, and event setups are all checkboxes in the request form, quoted inside the same package.

What happens after we submit a request?

Nothing is charged. We confirm your tee-time block and home (usually same day), then send a secure payment link. You're never committed until everything is locked.

One house. One tee sheet. One number for the group chat.

Build the trip in two minutes — requesting is free, and nobody pays until the tee times and home are confirmed.
