Corporate golf retreats, minus the logistics job
One estate for the team, tee times everyone makes, add-ons your EA doesn't have to source — and one invoice that accounting won't bounce.
Build your packageLas Vegas is the easiest corporate offsite in America to justify: cheap direct flights from every hub, 300+ days of sun, and enough championship golf to impress the clients who've played everywhere. The hard part has always been the coordination — rooms, tee sheets, dinners, transport, receipts.
We compress it to one booking. A private estate puts the whole team under one roof (with the conversations that actually justify offsites), tee times are blocked so nobody's left behind, and the entire package — lodging, golf, add-ons — lands on one invoice.
Why an estate beats a hotel block for team trips
Hotel offsites scatter your team across floors and lobbies; the spontaneous conversations that justify the trip never happen. A 6–10 bedroom estate gives everyone a real bedroom plus shared space that works: kitchens for breakfast strategy sessions, dining tables that seat twelve for the working dinner, pools for the decompress. Several homes in our collection have dedicated office or media rooms if a half-day of actual work is on the agenda.
Formats that work
- Client entertainment: one marquee round (Cascata, TPC Summerlin) as the centerpiece, casual second round for the group
- Team retreat: morning golf, afternoon working sessions at the house, chef dinner
- Sales-kickoff reward trip: two rounds, one Strip night, per-person price the CFO signs off in one line
- Mixed-skill teams: scrambles at forgiving courses (Angel Park, Siena) so nobody's embarrassed
The parts your EA usually has to source
Airport transfers, rides to and from the courses, grocery stocking before arrival, private chef dinners, even meeting-room-style setups at the house — all of it is a checkbox in our request form, quoted in the same package. One vendor, one contact, one invoice.

Common questions
Can we get a single invoice for the whole trip?
Yes — lodging, golf, and add-ons in one package with one payment. That's most of the reason companies book with us instead of assembling the trip from five vendors.
Can you handle mixed skill levels — including people who've never played?
That's normal for corporate groups. We'll steer the itinerary toward scramble-friendly courses, arrange club rentals per person, and non-golfers can skip rounds entirely without paying for them.
Do the homes work for actual working sessions?
Several homes have dedicated office space, big dining tables, and fast Wi-Fi; tell us you need a working setup and we'll match accordingly. For bigger production needs, our event add-on can bring in AV.
Can you arrange a marquee round like Cascata for clients?
Yes — Cascata, TPC Summerlin, and the Paiute courses are all bookable inside our packages, and we can build the trip around one of them as the centerpiece.
How far ahead should a company book?
For peak season (March–May, October–November) and groups over 12, aim for 60–90 days. Summer team trips can come together in two weeks and cost dramatically less.
