Opened in 1987, Painted Desert Golf Club was the first desert-target course in Las Vegas, a Jay Morrish design where emerald fairways are ringed by untouched Mojave scrub and dramatic desert washes. Every shot demands commitment — miss the short grass and the desert exacts its toll.
A northwest-valley classic, it remains a fun, scenic test that helped define the modern Las Vegas golf aesthetic.
